As I bought a new samsung s21fe it costs arround 45-50k in India but still it has no adaptive smoothness option there.A phone 12-13k galaxy f12 have this feature. There is a very bad battery management In light uses the phone not survive for a day.
Turn on show refresh rate and see keep it on high and see, frames changes or not
