Display issues

Hi

I was purchased a samsung S22 Ultra on 12 March 2022 on samsung store named JP traders ,Ernamkulam, Kerala. 

After the may month security patch updation the nightography clarity was unusual. And contacted the customer services they suggest to go the service center. And I submitted the device to ur service center and they will updated once again and give back unfortunately the issues was not resolved.

There after I contacted again the customer care they say to wait for the next updation, and the next two three updations the clarity was same.

On thats issues are on-going Iam facing another issue with my display on this month 1st. There was a milky white brighten bold lightening on the displays top right edge. I contacted ur team and brought with back to service center .After that one ur service relationship head M/s karthik kammali was contacted me. And I demands that don't need repair or changing display only solutions needed is to replacement of the phone that I want. 

So last week Wednesday with the communication on her she say u will provide me one year additional warranty. 

After that I send a mail and three conditions on there. And till this day I can't get any updatios after thats. 

Iam waiting on last eghteen days kindly revert ASAP otherwise I will go with the consumer court. 

I will attaching Purchase bill, Jobcard,some discations mail and my phone's images.
