My Galazy S8 screen has got green tint issues. It started randomly few days back when the entire screen became bright green and I couldn't use the phone, though the touch was still working. There was no shock impact to the phone. I was still able to attend calls by swiping right approximately. The screen gets back to normal after few hours if the phone is not used. And then all of a sudden the issues pops up even when the phone is NOT heating up. The phone is 3 years old and I assumed it to be the reason. But when I googled about green screen issues, I found out lots of Samsung users facing the issue. Is it a large scale issue and something to be concerned about in newer models as well ?
Its software problem. 1. try to reset settings of your phone. 2. if not work try to hard reset your phone. (these settings erase all your data so backup your phone data.) 3. If not work 1st and 2nd Steps contact nearest service centre.
