Recently I Purchased a Galaxy S24 Ultra . After April Security Patch Update the Fingerprint Sensor is Not Working...😔😪

And I'm Tried Everything . But Not Working..!
I thing it's a hardware Problem..!

1. Restart
2.Hard Reset
3.Clear the Cache

One UI 6.1 has a known fingerprint issue on Galaxy S23 series but this is the first time I heard about the problem on S24 Ultra. No issues in my unit. And I don't think it is a hardware problem. Still visit a service center and try getting replacement. Keep an eye on updates (online reports).

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. It is caused by the oneui 6.1 and It will be fixed soon in next update.
