The "Video Stabilisation" option on my S9 is disabled and I cannot enable it. Why is this so? Does anyone know of a fix?

Bro, turn off tracking auto focus mode and you are good to go..

NOTE: ONLY REAR CAMERA RESOLUTION UHD 60fps doesn't support it.

Hi, please go to rear camera and change the video mode and go to settings,please change the rear video size to Full HD or HD.
Now you will be able to select video stabilization.
