Disable vibrate when answering a call

Trying to stop vibration on call answer on my Samsung S9+.

Went to phone->settings->Call Alerts and Ringtones and disabled Vibrate on call Answer. In fact it was already disabled by default.

However, the phone still vibrates when I answer a call and it is pretty annoying.

Tried settings reset, but still same issue.

I did settings reset....How do you reset the phone app

Resetting the phone app did not work. What I have realized is it does not vibrate if it is kept on a surface, it vibrates only when the phone is in my hand.

Also if I turn on vibrate when ringing, then it does not vibrate when the call is conected

What about vibrate while ringing option..
If it won't solve your problem then
go to settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences
or
perform normal phone reset settings..
or
clear call management plus phone app cache..and restart your device

If I turn on vibrate when ringing, then it does not vibrate when the call is conected. But then it vibrates when the call is ringing and I cannot use this as workaround because if I set the vibration intensity to 0, then it again starts vibrating when call is connected.

I meant, check whether that option is enabled or disabled..solution, right now is..to set vibration intensity at 0 and disable vibrate when ringing option..or else try the above mentioned methods..reset apps prefrences and all..

Bro, last is factory reset but before that,run your phone in the safe mode and check if any recently installed apps are causing this issue or what..because I am not facing this issue..

This is a new phone, I haven't installed any apps yet....just to be clear, I face the issue when picking up incoming calls
