Didn't receive one ui 8

I have S23 and I am early access to beta one ui 8. Yet not received one ui 8 stable version. I want to know when I get it one ui 8 stable version? 

Anyone have any idea or information please share me

Today I visit in service center but the agent told me .. we have also beta update for S23 .. and I can't downgrade the software... u will pensence for future updates .. I can't help you..

Today i visit another service center and he told me I have to download first but after sometime he tell me I can't download the update bcoz while i downloading downloading are crush because having some error in the update
