Didn't get Os & UI update

My Galaxy s20 5g 12/128 variant didn't get any of android 13 and one UI 5 update yet. When will my device get the update?

Maybe u have bought it from different places? If u have then depending on the location u will get the update. It sometimes depends on your model also.

I recommend go to settings click on software update then click on download and install and it will work.
