Did not get any updates on S24ultra S928B

My device S24ultra S928B did not getting any updates, while everyone is getting updates , security patch updates of august, September, but my device stuck ok June secuirty patch updates,

My google play system updates is updating but no updates got of secuirty patch and no updates of ONE UI still on 6.1 of May months.

I really couldn't find anything how i become get OTA updates, my device always showing I'm up to date. My device is XED THL variant means maybe Thailand variant. But now I'm living in Bangladesh. Please tell me what to do, i didn't change any csc or anything. 

My developer option also doest not have Force update option. 

I'm attaching some screenshots so can please anyone help me and get OTA updates.

Go to customer care or Samsung Service center.

As I'm living in bangladesh, they will not help me because i didn't bought it from them.
