Device not supported

I have the error msg always saying "the connected USB device isn't supported" how to remove this error, and also whyvdon't my device support Type C to headset jack.? Can you please suggest a solution.?

S10 has a headset jack by default. Type is the latest development in smartphones. You might be having Type C charger but you cant use it for headset jack.

try to change the cable of the charger or check whether USB of PC is working properly
