Galaxy SHi,
Can I change the default font in email app? I know I can change the font while composing an email. But is the any option to change it so that whenever I start to compose an email it will take the default font that I selected?
Thanks.

Hi,
Unfortunately, the Samsung Email app doesn’t have a setting to permanently change the default font for composing emails. You’ll need to manually select the font each time you compose a new email.
Hopefully, they add this feature in a future update!
Thanks😊.

Hey! Yeah, I get what you mean. You want to set a default font for composing emails, but it’s kind of a pain when the email app doesn't let you directly set it.
So, here's the thing: In most Samsung email apps, there isn’t a built-in option to set a permanent default font for all your outgoing emails, like you can for the signature. Every time you compose an email, the app defaults to whatever font it’s set to (usually the system font). You can change it while composing, but once you close the email, it’ll revert to default next time.
Now, if you're using the Samsung Email app or something like Gmail, there isn’t a global setting for the default font, unfortunately. But you can set it within the body while composing, and that’s about it. Some third-party apps might offer more flexibility for this, so you could explore those too if it’s a big deal.
Honestly, Samsung’s pretty limited with some of these features. It’d be nice if they gave us more control over the UI like that, but hey, it is what it is.
