December update released in S20fe 5g but still jio 5g not compatible.

December update rolled out in S20fe 5g.

i have updated recently. Still in my jio app it shows that you need to upgrade the device to 5g.

It really going far away now. Premium mobile still we are not be able to use 5g network.

Someone please help me out.

It's problem from jio's end... Not Samsungs... Try switching sim to any 1+ phone and keep it in for 72+ hrs you will get welcome offer... Once activated 5g will work ...

My brother's phone has received welcome offer of jio5g.. and he uses 5g network on his phone so I tried his sim to put in my S20FE 5g phone but it is not working...

Download force lte app and change to NR mode... And restart your phone

NR/ then go to my jio welcome offer will be there and complete the process it works for me.... My sim is 6 -7 yrs old will get sim updated and will try in my number but for now padosi ka sim .. Bro 491 Mbps.... Unlimited data
