Dear Samsung, What's wrong with the S24 series?

The S23 series has already received the October update, but the S24 series has not yet. What's going on?

I'm a big Samsung fan, but after many struggles, I bought a Samsung flagship s24ultra phone. But I'm totally disappointed with the S24 Ultra camera quality and lack of updates.

Before i use Samsung mobiles

1. samsung duos

2. samsung galaxy j7 

3. Samsung galaxy a50

S24 Ultra is worst phone of samsung amoung all Ultras released by samsung till now in terms of Screen and camera. Curved screen was much much better than this flat screen. this screen looks like a 15 K phone screen, ultimately dull.

I still hve S9 Plus but screen brightness is super as compare to S24 Ultra, Even Camera outperform S24 Ultra in some cases

Yesterday I installed ringke tempered glass on my S24 Ultra, now this phone feels like a flagship. Without this tempered glass phone was feeling like a 15k midrange phone

before installing ringke tempered glass, and with normal tempered glass, were you feeling that screen resolution is too less, very low wallpaper quality, tiny pixels on screen ?

Yes, it was feeling like a cheap display, but after installing ringke tempered it feels like a proper flagship.
