Dark spot on screen.

Few days ago I fond some green dots at the left side of my s8plus screen. After that these green dots turned into dark spot and this dark spot is increasing day by day. What should I do now?

I visited Samsung service centre yesterday. They will replace display on billing condition. It will not cover in warrenty because of physical damage.
