Yes you can.. I am using dark icons. You need to install theme park a good lock module. And a third party app named One Pro Dark Ui. Install that app. Now open theme park.. go to icons.. add new... select pack as onepro dark ui.. give a name to your new icon... save.. done. Now you can apply new dark icon pack from theme park. Delete the third party app.
