The probm of S9 PLUS going silent in all calls cor 6 seconds is still there after update/hard reset/sim change/safe mode test. Did everything Samsung told.

All calls go silent for 6 seconds while other person can hear.

Shame on Samsung selling costly flagships with major issues.

Need refund. Never trusting your company again with my hard earned money.

The silent call issue is global and is present in each and every S9+ in the world. Every S9+ owner has reported this to Samsung and there is no solution.

I am spreading the word and saving people from spending money on SAMSUNG S9 PLUS.

DO NOT BUY S9+.

I am using the phone from first day of launch and I not facing any issues regarding calls, screen , speaker , heating etc .
