Galaxy SBut as far as I know. In Samsung Devices, system default apps can not be disabled.
Those can be disable like "Game Launcher" won't affect at all.
Nor on software, neither on hardware.

Yes we can Force Stop almost anything, including every single setting, features, apps.

Galaxy SJust do not force stop critical setting like "Accessibility" as mentioned above. It may affect your functioning of the device. Some features may not work for a while.
I do not recommend that.
