I have samsung S8 device.

DEX is not working with HP Usb-C/A Universal Dock G2.

Is there any support available on this?

Dear Samsung team,

I have the same issue with a Galaxy S21 5G, screen mirroring and DeX not working with the HP Usb-C/A Universal Dock G2 (L61608-001). USB function works, I can use a connected mouse.

The dock should be capable from a technical point of views, it even supports DisplayLink. Screen mirroring works with the displaylink app but not DeX, which I want to use.

I tried DeX with a much cheaper USB-dock and it worked fine.

Can you please check and support with a solution?
