I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the software update policy for older Samsung devices. While new launches receive prompt updates, older models are often neglected or receive updates very late.
Why is there such a significant delay for older devices? Consistency in updates is crucial for device security and user experience. I hope you will look into this and provide timely updates for all supported models, not just the latest ones.
This is happening with one year older devices also. Only newly launch devices were getting priority, after a year they also treated like other older devices.
