Composer in unavailable

Compose feature is unavailable on my phone, I'm using samsung keyboard. The feature is included in the recent update but not available.

Compose feature is available on one ui 6.1.1 update feature
If u r not get update then wait for few days for update available on your phone .

I already got the update but the feature is unavailable. Tried turning it off and on and also tried restart
