I dropped my S7 to repair; now 8 days; they don't have the part, and they do not know when the part is coming. I purchased it before 2 months only.
How can I complain?
Shall I complain to customer protection society.?
Kindly advise!

broken screen is not included in the regular warranty otherwise you purchased additional warranty for your s7. in that case you can go to TECHNOCARE for the official service center of samsung repair
