Seen some non relative post and comments based on some topic like UPDATE POLICY OF GOOGLE
now i am not going to explain the Google android OS , OTA ,Software and security update policy
I will say , it is very simple
Just drop your query and request via email tp google android team and seek the information
I know if i say something about the policy some of the user who is ready to prove that I am wrong by saying THERE IS NO SUCH POLICY blah blah
Cause these users are always here to show others .. whereas they have no knowldge on that topic
So do it yourself

Bro what you posted means that OEM have to give minimum 2 year of security update, and does not mean that they can give only 2 major updates. These are completely different things.

I just want to confirm that ..not more than 2 major updates is a plan by Google or Samsung? I think Samsung doing this for highlights their next models
