Cheating by Paytm on cashback and uncooperative Samsung support

Samsung does not bother about customers being cheated by their partners in sales .
Cash back on buying Samsung s8+ not offered by Paytm .says tick on promo not there while purchasing .
Though I had ticked.
Unit acceptable service support.
No TAT given by customer support.
Samsung closes the complaint without taking to customer.
Customers being taken for granted.
Let big compnanis fool customers .
This would surely bring companies to closure for sure.
Start taking customers seriously.
Otherwise customers would show you way out.
