I used Galaxy S20+ 5G phone before I buy this S21 5G phone.

On my previous one, the chat feature (RCS) was working very well.

On my new phone I enabled it but it doesn't work.

For your information; I can use it with Google messages app only, but I prefer using Samsung messages.

Is there way to make it work with Samsung messages or the feature become exclusive for Google messages?!

• RCS (Rich Communication Services) on Samsung Galaxy S21 5G using Samsung Messages may not work due to carrier support, default app settings, or RCS not being enabled.

• To resolve the issue, users can check if their carrier supports RCS in Samsung Messages, ensure Google Messages is the default SMS app, and enable RCS in Samsung Messages settings.

• If the issue persists, using Google Messages for RCS features is recommended due to its broader carrier support.

It's already enabled, and the carrier is supporting it on Google messages app.

So why samsung messages app doesn't supporting it?1722724447198.jpg
