Rich communication services (RCS)/chat features through Samsung messages app

Hi greetings everyone!

I am having trouble enabling chat features in Samsung messages app on Android 13. It always shows "registration failed." anyone knows how to fix this problem? 

I tried resetting messages app, doesn't work for me. 

If anyone have a solution for this please let me know.

Just restart your phone or power off and power on again. Maybe it will work again

Reset network settings in phone settings

Try soft reset or toggle flight mode for 1 minute
