Charging issue

Super fast charging not working on S24... initially it starts with super fast charging 1-2 mins and then stops charging.

Anybody facing the same issue?

My friends said it will be resolved by its own in 2-4 weeks . The reason is your phone is currently analysing your consumption habits . When their readings and all will be finished , super fast charging will work .

I use s24 ultra I'm also facing the same issue from the lastt 2 months but no response from #samsung. Time waste to write in the community. customer service is totally **bleep**.....
