S25 ultra not supporting super fast charging. . With the same charger sometimes it supports super fast charging.... why this happening??

I think the latest software update is causing everyone issues. I just tried customer service live chat and was told pnly option is to reset my phone... going to wait it out for the bug fix for this software.
