Try swapping the port you insert into the phone . What I mean is, Insert the usb end, which is inserted into your charger, into the phone. And the end you insert in phone, put it in the charger. Also, I am not sure about S22 ultra. But, what i have seen is in s22 , if battery temperature is above 34 °C , fast charging stops .
