Is there any way, we can change bixby text call intro. It's way too long.

Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't provide a direct way to customize the Bixby Text Call intro, but here are some tricks you can try! 😏

Method 1: Shorten Your Name

Bixby says, "Hi, I'm Bixby, answering on behalf of [Your Name]."

Try changing your Samsung Account Name to something shorter.

Go to: Settings > Samsung Account > Profile and edit your first name to just initials or a nickname. 📝

Method 2: Use Quick Replies

Instead of waiting for Bixby’s long intro, quickly tap on preset or custom responses. ⚡

You can also type your own message to speed up the conversation. 🚀
