Yes ,if you're asking for the Samsung Messeges App.
1. Open the Samsung Messages app.
2. Tap the three dots (menu icon) in the top right corner.
3. Select "Settings" or "Message settings".
4. Scroll down to the "Chat bubbles" or "Bubble style" option.
5. Tap on it to select a different color or style.
