Cashback of 5000 not received for Galaxy note 10 lite - citi bank

I purchased samsung galaxy note 10 lite from samsung.com on 6th july 2020. It's almost 50 days now, I have not received cashback of 5000 yet.

Did you read the terms and conditions of the offer? I think it'll take 90 days from the date of payment to credit the cashback. Kindly go through the terms and conditions of the bank offer may be the time will be less than 90 days.
