I have two device a51 and s20 fe 5g but when use jio or airtel internet carrier aggregation not working in s20fe 5g but a51 working properly.

Ok do not accept.
Then get check your device in samsung care if you are facing issues.
For me it's good in S20FE 5g. Never faced any data loss and CA stays for hours without any issues.
BTW you can not compare different processor's devices.😐
