In my s20fe 5g in India,I don't see carrier aggregation working in stable connection. It is only seen when I turn on mobile data after turning it off in unstable mode for 1 minute before becoming stable and switching to simple 4g with 5mbps speed barely. 
In oneplus 9r,oneplus 7 pro in my house there is stable 4g carrier aggregation all the time with speeds of 30 mbps.
What to do to get stable carrier aggregation?

What can be done about it?
Never had this issue in my previous phone or phones from my family.
In netscape it's showing 2300 band on jio 4g
And when unstable shows 1800+2300+2300 for 1 min like after turning on and off aeroplane mode thereafter switching to stable 2300

CA on Airtel is not stable on most location. I had a flagship Realme mobile last year it always struggled to catch CA so I usually switch it off.

Ca on my jio sim in op5t is on 4g+ CA all the time....issue is only with s20fe
