Galaxy Sdefinitely taking it back, I've tried every solution on the internet. and its just an inconvenience as I use the camera way too much. I cant even take messenger, whatsaap, Instagram video calls because of this. I haven't even had this phone for 2 weeks.... disappointed.

Galaxy SHave you tried going into Settings/Apps/Camera/Camera Settings/Reset Settings? If that doesn't work you can also clear the camera cache and check permissions and make sure it's allowed.

Galaxy SThat's a shame man. Yeah a factory reset would be the very last resort if all else fails. Sadly you will lose all your data if you factory reset....so the best thing to do would be to make a backup of your phone. To backup your data and apps, you have several options....first you can go into Settings/Accounts and backup and select either Backup via Samsung Cloud or Google Drive. If you have a laptop or PC you can download and install the Samsung Smart Switch app on to your computer and make a complete backup of your phone and apps, and then restore it all after your reset your device. It's very easy, just time consuming.....but is the best option if all else fails.

Galaxy SWell keep me updated once you've done everything :) I'm also curious. Hopefully it works for you.
