Dear Samsung Team, I have been using the Galaxy S21 FE 5G for the last two years and have been experiencing battery and overheating issues. These problems have worsened since the last two software updates. Additionally, my phone struggles to capture night mode images. Often, when I open the camera to take a photo, the phone shows an overheating notification and crashes the app. For instance, at a party yesterday, I clicked only ten pictures before the phone displayed an overheating notification and crashed. My screen-on time is only 4 to 5 hours a day, yet I am still facing these issues. I believe Samsung's updates have slowed my phone, and these issues have not been addressed. I have many Samsung home appliances that work well, but my phone's performance has been a disappointing experience. 

I am considering upgrading to an iPhone, as they seem to address public problems and issues more effectively. I initially chose Samsung, believing it was better than Apple, but I am now reconsidering. I request that you please resolve these issues.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Galaxy device camera issue: please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Clear camera application data-
Kindly check the device once after clearing the data from the camera app.
Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on Camera>>Tap on Storage>>Tap on Clear Data>>

Remove third party application
Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications.
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Select the third-party application from Apps (Eg. DU Recorder) >>Tap on Uninstall>>
