Since I have recently upgraded to the S24 256GB Snapdragon version from the S20 FE 5G, I have observed that the camera's performance does not seem to be as remarkable, and in certain instances, my S20 FE 5G seems to produce superior images. Would anyone be able to provide some guidance?
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. I've got the S21 FE, S23 FE, and S24 FE at home, but honestly, the S20 FE 5G is still the best, so I use it all the time. Now, I see the S20 series is gone from the Amazon and Flipkart trade-in lists, and there are no more OS updates. So, I decided to upgrade, and here I am with the S24.
