When i make a call there is 5 or 7 second delay in dialling the call, and showing "conditional call forwarding is active" can u please help to solve this issue.
first disable the call forwarding on ur network, if its not imp. update your phone dialer app. it the problem still persists, then try to reset ur fone.

The pop up appearing "conditional call forwarding is active" is from the network side and you need to contact the network service provider regarding this.
