Calling Problem

Can anyone tell me what's the problem in my phone? I have s21 fe If i call someone that person can hear me perfectly but i can't hear that persons voice during normal call. I have checked all the test for mic and speaker 🔊 all are normal and working perfectly fine.

Try resetting all the call settings to it's default settings and try clearing the cache data of the call app if the problem still occurs try formatting your device also pls make sure that your speakers are properly working try taking a Diagnostic check in samsung members app for your phone. Hope that this information helps you.

I tried Diagnostic it's normal and working fine.
I tried restarting phone and resetting call settings too.
But no result

Then pls try formatting your device or get your device checked in your nearest samsung store and try contacting samsung support.

Please check WiFi calling feature is enabled or not.
First kindly disable it then check about calling issue. I also faced same many times when WiFi calling is on.
If it resolves your issue please mark it as solution.

No wifi calling is off still the problem is not solved

Then please contact to Support team not service center because it's probably an software related issue which can be easily addressed by a security patch.
