Galaxy SCheck "Show Caller ID" Setting: Open the Phone app -> Menu (three dots) -> Settings -> Supplementary services -> Show your caller ID. Set to "Always" or "Network default".
Clear Phone App Cache: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Phone -> Storage -> Clear Cache
