Call recording option not coming

My s22 ultra not having call recording option

It is 6 to 9 months old, recently I brought S23 ultra. My family was using this phone ( s22 ultra). Yesterday s22 data transfered to S23, then I reset s22 ultra. Now I don't find call record option

Then There Might Be Any Error Or May Be The CSC Code Has Changed.
