Call recording is not enabled!

I'm from India and s20 ultra from Kuwait. The call recording option is not enabled on my smartphone! How to get call recording option on my phone?

I think this feature availability depends on country to country.call recording available in indian variants. Not available in gulf countries variants

Download google dailer app. Don't know if it will work or not
