Call functionality bricked

With June security patch update, samsung bricked call functionality. Submitted logs and called USA customer care but no use. Most of the unlocked versions were effected according to posts in various forums.

Tey uninstalling updates of "Google" app and Android System web view.

That won't work... I tried all the trouble shooting... Submitted error logs and Samsung guys don't have any clue... Called them and had lengthy conversation... But no use

I tried all these... Uploaded error logs as well... Called customer care but they have no clue...
