Call dialer very slow

Currently, I'm using the samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g and Now i facing Hanging caller Dialer and Late response apporx 10 second since Last weak. Burst situation to be created in my phone i facing lots of frustration because of  this hanging, some time i can't call anyone having this kind of hanging.

If Any solution regarding this plz tell me via msg or text.
