Call Recorder facility not available in Vietnam make

Sir, just recently I got S23ultra as a gift from my brother. After using it for two days I found CALL RECORD facility is not available under Vietnam make mobiles. I am residing in India and it is found here when purchased in India. Hence, requested to provide with any software update to facilitate call recording in parallel to others. 

Ask for more details if my reason is understood, tq

Are you both clicking on 3 dots on top right in the calling screen? Call recording option is there
