Call Record not enabled in S20 FE 5G

Call Record is not enabled in S20 FE 5G. Do I need to change any settings? 

Please suggest.

Does it not have an option to record specific calls after you've dialled a number like 1+ where there is a record button on dialler while the call is in progress
