CSC change from SPR to INS

Hi can someone show me a way to change my CSC. On my S10+ from SPR usa to INS because it is giving me internet and calling issues I think this is why. And also can the samsung service centre guys do this for me😅 by like a firmware flash or something.

Its almost impossible because indian ones have exynos.
Btw can you share the exact model number once like for My S20FE its G781B.
