All you have to do is set up the Call and Text on Other Devices feature on your Samsung tablet and Galaxy phone and then you can start receiving phone calls and send messages on your tablet easily.
Unlike Bluetooth, this feature has no distance restriction, for as long as your devices are logged into the same Samsung account. Thus, you wonāt miss an important phone call or fail to reply to important messages even without your phone.
Following are the Steps to ENABLE IT ON YOUR DEVICE:
Again, you will need to sign into the same Samsung Account on your compatible Galaxy phone and Tab for you to successfully set up the āCall and text on other devicesā feature.
If Call and text on other devices is not available on your phone, verify and ensure that itās running on the latest software version.
For other Galaxy devices with the Call and Message Continuity Settings, simply go to the Settings-> Connections menu and then tap Call and Message Continuity.
You are only allowed to connect three registered devices at a time to your main device. To add another compatible Galaxy device to your registered devices list, you will need to delete any from the existing devices on your phone beforehand.
Calls and text messages can be processed on your devices either through a Wi-Fi network or mobile network.
With this feature enabled, incoming call alerts and text message notifications will show up on both your Galaxy smartphone and tablet.
All you have to do is choose the device that youād like to use to answer that call or reply back to the incoming message. Response to your incoming message will also populate on all registered devices.
