Recently updated to one ui 3.0. Filled with bugs. Anyone else?

Did you hard reset after update? , there is no bugs for me in oneui 3.0 other than overlapping notifications.

My screen is not turning off after leaving the phone on stand by. I have to manually press the power button.

I would recommend you to do a hard reset through recovery (wipe cache and format data)
It would fix most of the issues, its an android version upgrade and mostly recommended to do a reset. This will remove unwanted files which are no longer needed and enhance performance a bit. Take this tip, try to do a factory reset after an android version upgrade.

The bugs you mentioned just now, i aint facing it

Its not a normal security update. Every brand recommends you to do a factory reset after an android version upgrade if you notice major bugs. So yeah

In split screen mode if the lower app is closed by extending the split line down to the bottom, the system becomes unresponsive.
