Yes, it happens in my S23U as well while in my S25, it doesn't move around. According to SamMobile, it is because of the display type. S25 has better displays than the older generation phones and thus, in S25, it stays put while it moves around in the older ones. I have just toggled the now bar off on AOD in my S23U, for now. 🤷🏻
