I hate the new Smart Select on my Edge Panels and S-Pen menus. In order to create a GIF, you need to select the option, then select an area on the screen to capture, go to a sub-menu where the GIF feature is hidden, and then select an area again to be able to create the GIF.
WHY fix something that ain't broken?! The old Smart Select menu was perfect, with one tap to access the GIF maker and screenshot options. The new one is convoluted, and ugly to boot.
Dear Samsung, kindly work on actual issues, such as battery drains and display issues after new updates, and innovate stuff like before, rather than messing with existing features that worked flawlessly. And at the very least, give users the option to select between the old feature and the new when you drastically change something!
